One of the first ways that healthcare can improve is to have our complete medical record with us at every doctor's office that we visit. We are buying a fragmented, incomplete record now and this should change.
 
Your board believes that business owners should redirect our healthcare dollars to pay for a consolidated medical record, controlled by the patient and privacy protected by a national company whose only job is to guard our records.
