Vest Pocket also activley gathers and relays key information about emerging issues and policies being considered at the local, state, and federal level that may be of value to Vest Pocket members.

Vest Pocket's Connections Committee plans and implements networking opportunities for our members with the purpose of building mutually bene cial connections between members. This committee also coordinates the monthly VP Educational Breakfasts, which rotate at di erent partner businesses each month to allowmembers to spotlight and promote their business. Additionally, VP’s Networking Committee coordinates bi-annual evening networking events, and other functions, such as the 2011 SLC Neighborhood Business Conference and VPBC SLC Candidate Forum - putting local business owners in direct communication with their elected officials.
